Who we are

Weather Cover Guard sells all-weather clothesline covers in Australia and New Zealand. This policy explains what personal information we collect through weathercoverguard.com.au and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Waitlist and enquiry details — your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), and anything you write in an enquiry or fit-check form.
• Order details — when you pre-order, your name, email, shipping address and purchase details. Card payments are processed by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers.
• Basic technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type) used for security and to keep the site working.

What we use it for

• Answering your enquiry, and telling you when your size or colour becomes available if you asked us to.
• Fulfilling and shipping orders, and sending order updates.
• Launch and product updates, only where you joined the waitlist — every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the business: Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure database hosting), and Hostinger (website and email hosting). We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Access, correction and deletion

Email sales@weathercoverguard.com.au to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, for New Zealand customers, the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
